Christopher J. Helton- 1-MZ-SPR13
Major: Journalism and Mass Communications and Dramatic Arts Christopher Helton is a Spring 2013 initiate into the Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. While on campus, Chris served as President of the National Association of Black Journalists, Vice-President of the Mu Zeta Chapter during the 2013-2014 school year, and participated in several campus productions through the Department of Dramatic Arts. He was also inducted into Order of the Grail Valkyrie in the Spring of 2013. Upon graduation, Chris plans to move to New York City where he’ll be pursuing a career in marketing and advertising.
Dillon O. Robinson- 1-MZ-SPR14

Dillon Robinson is a Spring 2014 initiate into the Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. While on campus, Dillon was the chair of Carolina MALES, an organization created for the purpose of uplifting and serving as a resource for minority males. He was also the Editor-In-Chief of Black Ink Magazine, the official publication of the Black Student Movement. In the Spring of 2014, Dillon was inducted into the Order of the Golden Fleece, the University’s oldest and most prestigious honorary society. Dillon also served as the Dean of Pledges during the 2014-2015 school year. Upon graduation, Dillon will be attending Wake Forest University where he’ll be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management and Society.
Tray-ven J.T. Good- 4-MZ-SPR14
Major: Business Administration Minor: Chinese
Tray-ven Good is a Spring 2014 initiate into the Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. While on campus, Tray involved in the Black Student Movement as the director of Harmonyx A cappella group and Co-Chair for the Triple Alliance Committee. He was also a member of the Chinese Conversation Club, and the Asst. Stepmaster in Chapter. Upon graduation, Tray will be serving will be working for Carolina College Advising Corps as a college advisor for Cochrane Academy High School in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Brandon L. Napier- 7-MZ-SPR14
Major: Political Science
Brandon Napier is a Spring 2014 initiate into the Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. While on campus, Brandon served as the Political Action Chair for the Black Student Movement, member of the Harmonyx A cappella group, and President of the Mu Zeta Chapter during the 2014-2015 school year. Upon graduation, Brandon will be returning to his alma mater, Smith High School, in Greensboro, North Carolina to work for Carolina Advising Corps, a program that serves as a resource for students aspiring to attend college.
Clyde “Trey” Mangum III – 2-MZ-FA14
Major: Journalism & Mass Communication (PR)
Trey Mangum Is a Fall 2014 initiate into the Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. While on campus, Trey served as the President of the Black Student Movement. He also was the diversity columnist for The Daily Tar Heel and helped found the J-school Ambassadors. For his work with BSM, Trey received the University Diversity Award and the Edward Graham Chancellor’s Award. In Spring 2015, Trey was inducted into the Order of the Golden Fleece, the University’s oldest and most prestigious honorary society. Upon graduation, Trey plans to pursue a career in advertising.
